The Lincoln Middle School Concert Bands Awarded Superior Ratings at the SEWMEA Large Group Festival- Thursday, March 18.

The 7th and 8th grade concert bands were awarded I's, Superior Ratings, for their performances at this year's SEWMEA Large Group Festival.  The bands are always a highlight for the judges and this year was no exception.  The 7th grade band performed "An Australian Sea Ballad" and "Forge of Vulcan" and the 8th grade band performed "Regenesis" and "By the Rivers of Babylon".

The 8th grade band also joined forces with the 7th/8th grade orchestra to form a full orchestra.  This group performed "Hornpipe" and "The Magic Flute" and was awarded the score of I, Superior Rating.

If you happen to see any of the people from these ensembles please let them know that they are truly Incredible!!!
